Sunflag Iron & Steel makes special and alloy steel at a single integrated plant in Bhandara, Maharashtra. Carmakers buy most of it; defence, aerospace, railways and nuclear power take the rest. The report sees a stable steel business with hidden value on top: 6 crore shares in iron ore miner Lloyds Metals and Energy, received in settlement of an arbitration award, which it values separately from the steel.

About 74% of Kingfa's FY26 revenue came from the automotive industry. Its modified plastics, mostly polypropylene compounds, also go into home appliances, electrical goods and industrial products. A ₹450 crore expansion will take Jyoti CNC Automation from about 6,000 machine tools a year to 16,000. It already offers more than 200 CNC machine variants to aerospace, defence, automotive and electronics makers, built at two plants in Rajkot and one in Strasbourg. It is also developing in-house the controllers and servo motors it now imports.
